Our products are shipped within 2-5 Days using the following carriers: USPS. This does not include the holidays or weekends.

Lunita Beauty LLC will not be responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit via USPS.

If your package is lost or damage during transit, it is important to contact USPS with your tracking information to dispute with them.
